Announcing the YWCA’s 3rd Annual Scavenger Hunt for the Next Champion of Games! Gather your friends and family to assemble your team for a chance to win $250 in this year’s Board Game themed Scavenger Hunt. The hunt takes place throughout the community on August 25th 10am to 1pm with a free lunch being served at the conclusion of the event. Teams should be comprised of up to 5 members with a recommended age of 12 years and older with at least one member (team captain) 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation. Registration is now open! If registered before June 1st receive a $10 discount off of the $50 registration fee. Teams must be registered by August 3rd to receive their team t-shirts. Would you like to have your non-profit organization's event, or an upcoming fundraiser or benefit listed on our website or promoted on our radio station airwaves?  The 5 great radio stations of Media One Group continue to support hundreds of not-for-profit agencies and fundraising events annually.

DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF REQUESTS...
  • Submit your PSA information no less than two weeks before your event!
  • We select only a certain number of events submitted for our online calendar and studio announcements.
  • Submission of a PSA does not guarantee broadcast.
  • Media One Group reserves the right to select and edit submitted information at our discretion.
  • Keep your message short and to the point, and include contact information.
 
YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA...
  • Message should conform to the standards of the community.
  • Events must be open to the public. Any admission charge must be part of the fundraising.
  • Events that serve the public’s interest/benefit the community as a whole will get priority.
  • 501 (C) (3) charity or non-profit. (You may be required to submit this information)
  • Fundraisers and Benefits for individuals may be promoted during available airtime.
